24) A time where a canon really surprised you, in a good (and femslash) way

Here I could talk about Loveless. It's a yaoi manga full of unhealthy relationships (I knew this, I had signed for this), and in the middle there are two female antagonists that are written with some respect and depth! And have a very good romantic relationship and a happy ending! So yeah, a surprise. ^^

(Ha ha I won't talk here about media that managed first to pleasantly surprise me with canon femslash then to disappoint me with an unneeded bad ending)

Watch out for pedophilia (no sex, but unhealthy attraction to kids), and lots of unhealthy relationships in general!
Honestly I would recommend it only very cautiously ^^
Especially since I'm not even sure the author will finish the story
The anime has all the femslash arc if you like it better ^^ Even if it stops far before the (non-existing) end it has this.

manga seems to have so much of that unhealthy and questionable stuff not pre-warned, so just telling me is more warning than I normally get!
oh but gore? I can't do manga gore (though I have read through it if I was making a special exception, but it sucks to really get into a story then suddenly be so turned of it has to become a DNF)
