What I love:
* Humor, angst, smut, tragic emotions, tropey plots.
* Focus on the supernatural elements of the worldbuilding.
* Skilled characters
* Ethical dilemmas (love vs ethics, hurting the person you love by telling the truth vs lying to them, etc)
* I love dialogue, mundane, double meanings, epic love confessions...
Do Not Want:
* All kinds of AUs except canon divergence. Even in canon divergence, I'd rather characters keep their canon personality and most of their history. (There are exceptions, that will be mentioned fandom by fandom).
* Love at first sight. Mention of any character being in love/lust of another only for their looks.
* Cheating (emotional cheating of the A gets with C to get over B but it doesn't work is alright, so is poly)
* Unrequested non-canon ships.
* Mentions of pregnancy.
* Medical themes, injuries with lasting effects, pandemics.
* Any non-canon apocalyptic or post-apocalyptic universe. Focus on mass death in general. Non-canon character death except if requested in a prompt.

Love in this canon: Trauma and overcoming trauma, giant spiders and other weird creatures, discovering poly is an option, survival with competence kink.
Some prompts:
* Aramaki/Gengoroh, raising giant spiders. Even baby giant spiders, that would be cute. Silk! Probably not drugs! And it makes me think...
* For any of these ships, some new plant or insect that works as sex pollen.
* Centered on Aramaki/Gengoroh, but actually negociation a big poly pile with also Akane, Ayo and Mansaku. Bonus if Ban (who has no sense of society, and also, knows his genetics) comments that small-to-average poly piles are the best way to redistribute genetics.
* Ryou->Ango pining, after they were chased from their team and before meeting Team Summer B. badass survival or emotional breakdowns.

* Post-canon, Matsuri/Ryou on the ship, how it doesn't stay conventional very long with Ryou who has an untold crush on Ango and Matsuri that's very aware of that (she just wants the situation to be clear, but also, Ango is hot, so she doesn't mind poly)
* In a spider illusion or a fever dream or a real AU: Takahiro/Fubuki/Mitsuru in a sports manga universe. What could have happened without the apocalypse
* Takahiro, during his 15 years of loneliness, being still haunted by Mitsuru and Fubuki
* Since I'm talking about hauntings: Shigeru is an option for the ships with Ango (as a friend. probably).

Love in this canon: Mix of humor and darkness (they are useless, but they are bad guys and I don't want you to forget or forgive it), demons shenanigans and robot shenanigans, supernatural shenanigans in general that may be not related to Buffy at all. The characters being huge nerds.

Love in this canon: Weird adventures! Psychic shenanigans, useing skills to escape from weird situations.
I love Adric in his first appearances when he's written in a very alien way (implied to be a very fastly evolving spider who imitates humans, then all the things about the Block Transfer Computation he can't use but can be used for), and then they just made him embarrassing. If you could ignore this I would be happy, oh, also, "The boy that time forget", which is about Adric being a mutant spider but is also too creepy and not the way I like my Adric/Nyssa. Though you can take the Transformation - Slowly Turning Into A Monster premise and do it better.
Nyssa is too god for our world and hers does no longer exist.
For the Doctor and Romana: I love the happiness of season 17, also the sadness of season 18 when they know it will end soon and try to make it as late as possible.
The relationship between the Doctor and the Master, the fondness hidden between layers of denial and so many memories of murder attemps, is one of my favourite things. Show me them doing things together, any things, and I'll be happy.
I love mind control shenanigans so much, except if it manifests as bimbofication or age regression, I don't like these ones. But psychic influences of all kind are my thing. (If you wonder, I like mind control smut, but it works better for Doctor/Master than for other ships. And it's far from being the only option)

* Nerds Bonding Over Science : Canon for literally all these relationships. Have them discover some old alien technology, or marvel as some weird human idea with a bit of mockery too. Or use science to solve a situation and esteem each other's intelligence.

And please no bashing of the alternate love interest that fanon likes (or canon, it includes Shimizu for Noya)

I was thinking post-canon, but you know, any point in the timeline works! These teens were pining, and probably a bit during canon too.
Love in this canon: Magic! Croix having her reasons and not being blind about the wrong she did, but not being totally destroyed by it either. Friendship that turns into more. Maybe still a bit of jealousy.
Optional prompts:
* Pre-canon, Croix trying to reconcile her attraction to Chariot with her jealousy and Chariot's obliviousness.
* During canon, Chariot comes to Croix and asks her to stop playing with Akko. Croix unappropriately flirts with her instead.

Love in this canon: Weird psychic things, very tropey situations that could still be canon, pining.
I adore Claremont era, with all the cheesy tropes and mind control everywhere. I just love this version of the character. But there also are some more recent versions that I adore, Bendis Era for Kitty and Illyana, the Wells/DNA run of the New Mutants, and Carey writes a delightful Xavier and I loved his interaction with Magneto.
Kitty/Illyana: I love everything about Illyana fighting her dark side. My favorite thing is Limbo having weird influences on her, or making weird magical accidents happen. I also like Kitty being a science and pop culture nerd. I love them having adventures, or trying to have some normal activities. 5Mundane use of Illyana's demon powers is always darkly fun)
I love their friendship, so in my head the romance is in addition, not instead. To me Illyana is in love with Kitty, but it can be one-sided, or Kitty can be in denial. If it's mutual, I love better get-together than established relationship.
I love canon divergence, from the multiple comics using this concept, or your own, if it keeps the core relationship. Evil!Illyana is very okay if it's magical influence, I'm not big about evil!Kitty.
Underage sex is okay if they're the same age, more than 14, and not implied being experienced already.
Doug/Warlock: Here again, I love one-sided, with Warlock being totally smitten, or it can get requited. If it's mutual, I love better get-together than established relationship.
I love superhero adventures, just them together, without a team. I also love the old New Mutants team a lot.
Every reference to the canon sequences of Doug dying, then being back under mind control, and Warlock saving him, will make me incredibly happy. Also, Warlock's weird "Douglock" persona can so easily been read as shipping.
I love everything that uses Doug's powers, and Warlock's alien side, that can be sometimes creepy even if he's such a fluffball.
I also love how Doug's powers can allow him to rewrite Warlock's very being - probably as a trust thing, not some evil thing, but you know, mind control is a thing that happens in this verse.
You can use canon divergence AUs as long as the core relationship is still here! Canon ones (like Age of X) or your own.
Please ignore the love triangle with Danger and everything that happened in "Hunt for Wolverine".
Xavier/Magneto: They have so long an history! And I can even take everything that happens out of any timeline, just having them be enemies who love each other very much, you know? Or alternate timelines. As long as the core relationship is here, I'll be glad.
More interactions in their first encounter are good (no bashing of Gabrielle please, I adore her). Times where they worked together, times where they were enemies, times where Magneto was stable, or at his worst. I like Xavier not being totally an asshole (but still a bit, he's himself), and having big moral qualms with brainwashing (he can still do this, but is very desperate situations)
Magneto being "dead" and Xavier having a copy of him in his head during the nineties was awesome.
But really, any moment in the timeline (Excalibur 3 was sure something)! Including right now, they're not close enough emotionally to my tastes in the Hickman run even when they're allies.
Exodus/Magneto: Give me the shameful crush Exodus has on Magneto (it wasn't meant to be romantic! Also it leads nowhere!). Can be in the nineties or more recent content.
Optional prompts:
* A character being haunted by the ghost of their loved one after a (temporary) death. How do ghosts work when you're in world where death can be temporary? Do they stay? Can you meet your own ghost? Or is the ghost disappearing good news because it means the person is back? Do they remember what they did as a ghost?
* Kitty helps Illyana to fight some of her demons, real ones and metaphorical ones at the same time.
* Illyana's subconscious mind casts small spells to change Kitty's feelings (especially during some Limbo travel). She doesn't realize at first the happy romance she has been living was never true.
* Just Illyana pining and Kitty being totally oblivious workd too, if you take them as kids.
* For Doug/Warlock: I was screaming a lot at the "I love you and you are breaking my heart" from the third New Mutants series, so yeah, everything about this or aftermath of this. Happy fic where they discover that it's requited, probably implying language powers? Good. Angstier follow-up to this scene where Doug feels so sorry that he will offer anything warlock wants as an apology? Good.
* I love how they fully trust each other, the edge in Warlock being so powerful and controlling it, of Doug who, when they're fused, could easily rewrite everything Warlock IS since it's code and he knows how to rewrite it (did it for Magus) but he won't.
* Xavier and Magneto forced to ally is always delightful. Usually it's against a human who hates mutants, what about something really Eldritch for once?
* Mundane use of powers at any time where Xavier and Magneto live together and are so domestic.
* Exodus' angst about his loyalty to Magneto not being 100% pure (with him having taken a vow of chastity and all)
* You know the arcs where the Shadow King is just here, not as one of the two characters, but possessing someone and slowly transforming people into their worst selves. This, but with Magneto's desire for control, and Exodus' formerly very restrained lust. (it would be especially evil if Xavier is the possessed one)

Love in this canon: Mad science! I love that in the book Wei Wuxian really invented demonic cultivation, and Wen Qing really invented the golden core transfer.
Necromancy in general, from the point of view of the necromancer or the undead. The very special and intimate relationship between the necromancer and the undead, whether you imagine that Wen Ning has a crush on Wei Wuxian (I do!) or not (but this is far from being the only interesting part of their relationship). Family feels.
For the Wen Ning and Lan Sizhui prompts, I like better post canon. The part where Wen Ning discovers who he is was one of the most moving for me.

I love Adric in his first appearances when he's written in a very alien way (implied to be a very fastly evolving spider who imitates humans, then all the things about the Block Transfer Computation he can't use but can be used for), and then they just made him embarrassing. If you could ignore this I would be happy, oh, also, "The boy that time forget", which is about Adric being a mutant spider but is also too creepy and not the way I like my Adric/Nyssa. Though you can take the Transformation - Slowly Turning Into A Monster premise and do it better.
Nyssa is too god for our world and hers does no longer exist.
For the Doctor and Romana: I love the happiness of season 17, also the sadness of season 18 when they know it will end soon and try to make it as late as possible.
The relationship between the Doctor and the Master, the fondness hidden between layers of denial and so many memories of murder attemps, is one of my favourite things. Show me them doing things together, any things, and I'll be happy.
I love mind control shenanigans so much, except if it manifests as bimbofication or age regression, I don't like these ones. But psychic influences of all kind are my thing. (If you wonder, I like mind control smut, but it works better for Doctor/Master than for other ships. And it's far from being the only option)

I adore Claremont era, with all the cheesy tropes and mind control everywhere. I just love this version of the character. But there also are some more recent versions that I adore, Bendis Era for Kitty and Illyana, the Wells/DNA run of the New Mutants, and Carey writes a delightful Xavier and I loved his interaction with Magneto.
Kitty/Illyana: I love everything about Illyana fighting her dark side. My favorite thing is Limbo having weird influences on her, or making weird magical accidents happen. I also like Kitty being a science and pop culture nerd. I love them having adventures, or trying to have some normal activities. 5Mundane use of Illyana's demon powers is always darkly fun)
I love their friendship, so in my head the romance is in addition, not instead. To me Illyana is in love with Kitty, but it can be one-sided, or Kitty can be in denial. If it's mutual, I love better get-together than established relationship.
I love canon divergence, from the multiple comics using this concept, or your own, if it keeps the core relationship. Evil!Illyana is very okay if it's magical influence, I'm not big about evil!Kitty.
Underage sex is okay if they're the same age, more than 14, and not implied being experienced already.
Doug/Warlock: Here again, I love one-sided, with Warlock being totally smitten, or it can get requited. If it's mutual, I love better get-together than established relationship.
I love superhero adventures, just them together, without a team. I also love the old New Mutants team a lot.
Every reference to the canon sequences of Doug dying, then being back under mind control, and Warlock saving him, will make me incredibly happy. Also, Warlock's weird "Douglock" persona can so easily been read as shipping.
I love everything that uses Doug's powers, and Warlock's alien side, that can be sometimes creepy even if he's such a fluffball.
I also love how Doug's powers can allow him to rewrite Warlock's very being - probably as a trust thing, not some evil thing, but you know, mind control is a thing that happens in this verse.
You can use canon divergence AUs as long as the core relationship is still here! Canon ones (like Age of X) or your own.
Please ignore the love triangle with Danger and everything that happened in "Hunt for Wolverine".
Xavier/Magneto: They have so long an history! And I can even take everything that happens out of any timeline, just having them be enemies who love each other very much, you know? Or alternate timelines. As long as the core relationship is here, I'll be glad.
More interactions in their first encounter are good (no bashing of Gabrielle please, I adore her). Times where they worked together, times where they were enemies, times where Magneto was stable, or at his worst. I like Xavier not being totally an asshole (but still a bit, he's himself), and having big moral qualms with brainwashing (he can still do this, but is very desperate situations)
Magneto being "dead" and Xavier having a copy of him in his head during the nineties was awesome.
But really, any moment in the timeline (Excalibur 3 was sure something)! Including right now, they're not close enough emotionally to my tastes in the Hickman run even when they're allies.
Exodus/Magneto: Give me the shameful crush Exodus has on Magneto (it wasn't meant to be romantic! Also it leads nowhere!). Can be in the nineties or more recent content.
Optional prompts:
* A character being haunted by the ghost of their loved one after a (temporary) death. How do ghosts work when you're in world where death can be temporary? Do they stay? Can you meet your own ghost? Or is the ghost disappearing good news because it means the person is back? Do they remember what they did as a ghost?

* For Doug/Warlock: I was screaming a lot at the "I love you and you are breaking my heart" from the third New Mutants series, so yeah, everything about this or aftermath of this. Angstier follow-up to this scene where Doug feels so sorry that he will offer anything warlock wants as an apology? Good.
* I love how they fully trust each other, the edge in Warlock being so powerful and controlling it, of Doug who, when they're fused, could easily rewrite everything Warlock IS since it's code and he knows how to rewrite it (did it for Magus) but he won't.
* Xavier and Magneto forced to ally is always delightful. Usually it's against a human who hates mutants, what about something really Eldritch for once?
* Mundane use of powers at any time where Xavier and Magneto live together and are so domestic.
* Exodus' angst about his loyalty to Magneto not being 100% pure (with him having taken a vow of chastity and all)
* You know the arcs where the Shadow King is just here, not as one of the two characters, but possessing someone and slowly transforming people into their worst selves. This, but with Magneto's desire for control, and Exodus' formerly very restrained lust. (it would be especially evil if Xavier is the possessed one)

Love in this canon: Family feels! I love all the Thénardier kids, feel free to only use the two in the selection or to have all of them, including the two little ones, if you want. A bit of comfort for them, and a bit of affection, good things as much as the canon will let them.
Usually I'm not into AUs, but here I don't mind a big of magical realism or ambiguous supernatural or christian magic (you know Hugo would have loved it)

Love in this canon: Mad science! I love that in the book Wei Wuxian really invented demonic cultivation, and Wen Qing really invented the golden core transfer.
Necromancy in general, from the point of view of the necromancer or the undead. The very special and intimate relationship between the necromancer and the undead, whether you imagine that Wen Ning has a crush on Wei Wuxian (I do!) or not (but this is far from being the only interesting part of their relationship). Family feels.
For the Wen Ning and Lan Sizhui prompts, I like better post canon. The part where Wen Ning discovers who he is was one of the most moving for me.
Optional prompts:
* Wei Wuxian and Wen Qing bonding about having been discouraged to try new types of cultivation. Wen Qing is a bit worried that she is bonding about this with Wei Wuxian.
* Wei Wuxian falls ill on the Burial Mounds, or pushes himself too much, Wen Ning and/or Wen Qing take care of him. Maybe with bonus flashbacks of the Lotus Pier, and what changed, and what didn't.
* Wei Wuxian + Wen Ning and/or Wen Qing taking care (amiably or not) of a specific supernatural phenomenon or ghost that's a bother on Burial Mounds.
* Wen Ning hearing that Wei Wuxian has come back after years of imprisonment, just from a far away music.
* Ghost Wen Qing trying to save Wen Ning from his emprisonment during the time skip.
* The intimacy of a necromancer and his fierce corpse.
* If you're inclined to write Wen Ning/Wei Wuxian smut, Sex Magic - Tenderly and desperately fucking someone back from the brink of death + Pining - While Having Sex are a very good combination.
* So is Mind Control - Accidental Mind Control. We know that Wei Wuxian can inconsciously influence Ghost General!Wen Ning. Also, he feels really guilty and has rape fantasies. Accidents could happen.
* Post-canon, Wen Ning protecting Lan Sizhui during a Night Hunt.
