That's not how it looks to me, but no matter. I shall use you as inspiration to write more frequently, even if shorter. (Possibly it's just the foreign language filter, but short in French reads much more finished and satisfying than short in English. Judging by your fics, after 300 French words I say "Ah, perfect!" After 300 English ones I say "Where's the rest of it?")
